岩手県立博物館

博物館の外に”岩石園”があります。まずは外をのんびり散歩しながら岩石を眺めるのもおすすめ。館内に入ると岩手県の地質のコーナがお出迎え。ここだけでおしまいかな？と少し不安になりながら進むとその先に鉱物コーナーが現れます。地質系だけでなく、歴史や民族コーナーも含め充実した博物館です。（2017年7月）

Iwate Prefectural Museum

It has "rock garden" outside of the Museum so let's enjoy the walk looking at rocks.  Right after entering inside of the building, Iwate geology information area will welcome you. That is not all about geology. Let's keep going and then there are mineral/rock area. Not only geology, history and culture information and exhibit have been well organized and I enjoyed a lot.
