岩戸海岸のタフォニ

波が高かったせいか、もっと進むべきだったのか、蜂の巣のようなタフォニは見つけられませんでしたが、大きめの穴となったタフォニがありました。海岸近くの交差点にはタフォニの中にお地蔵さんが祭られており「窟石尊（くっせきそん）」と呼ばれているそうです。（2018年5月）

Tafoni at Iwado Coast

Probably due to the turbulent or wrong location, I could't find honeycomb like Tafoni but saw Tafoni having big holes. It was interesting that there are Ozizo-sama(Jizo, local deity) are enshrined in the hole of Tafoni at the intersection near the coast. It is called "Kussekison". （2018 May）
